For best results, we recommend wearing the product consistently, and actively using the guided movements and stretches during the 30 days to support proper muscle release, alignment, and adaptation.
If after completing the full 30-day trial you feel the technology isn’t right for you, you have 7 additional days to request a return for a refund of the product price. This ensures you can make an informed decision after giving the technology a fair and complete trial.

What items are eligible for return?
Most items* are eligible for return within 30 days of their purchase for a 100% refund. We do highly recommend you try our products for at least 30 days to gain the full benefits, so just email us if you expect to go over the 30 day return window. We are happy to work with you. We want our customers to love our Intelligent Threads!

*We do not offer returns on our Topicals products after they have been opened. This would include our Tension Release Gel and our Night Serums.
If you have an issue with any of your topicals products please contact us. We want you to love our products, but due to safety we cannot accept Topicals returns once they have been opened.
How much is the return shipping fee?
We offer our 30-day money back guarantee on our Technology. If the clothing is stained, ripped or damage we cannot accept it back for an exchange or refund. It must be in new or gently used condition only. If there was a manufacturing issue with your product or it arrived in a damaged state, please contact us right away after you receive your item so we can facilitate an exchange or refund.
I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?
Yes. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 30 days of the date on which they were purchased.
Intelligent Threads monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Intelligent Threads in all instances.
