If you walked past our storefront on the first Saturday of the month, you might notice something a little different: the door propped open, a few extra chairs on the sidewalk, and someone two doors down carrying a tray of wine glasses toward us instead of away.
That's Saturday Rotation. And the first Saturday of every month, it means the Arch Ray Tension Release Wine Tasting.
What is Saturday Rotation and who can attend?
Saturday Rotation is our monthly rhythm at the Fredericksburg store — a different kind of gathering each Saturday, repeating month after month. Anyone can attend. You don't need to be a customer, you don't need an appointment, and you don't need to know anything about Intelligent Threads walking in. Some of the people who show up are regulars. Some are just walking by and get curious.
The first Saturday belongs to Arch Ray.
Two doors down the sidewalk
We've been building a relationship with Arch Ray Resort & Winery for a while now — they're just two doors down from us, close enough that on a slow afternoon you can smell it before you see it. That kind of proximity makes for an easy partnership: our storefront does tension release, theirs does something people already associate with slowing down and being present. It felt like an obvious pairing to explore together.
TRT infused into Arch Ray wine. You'd have to experience it to know. Come join us as we unwind and feel a one kind of release while enjoying good company. Come feel what happens when two different approaches to unwinding sit in the same room.

Why we keep doing this
Community Spotlight events like this one aren't really about moving product. Company Updates and Science Spotlights do that work elsewhere on this blog. This one is about something else — the fact that a wellness brand and a winery, sitting side by side on the same small-town sidewalk, can build something together that neither could on its own.
"Community should always feel larger than the company."
That's the whole idea behind Saturday Rotation. The first Saturday is Arch Ray. The second is a spin of a wheel from our grand opening that never left. The third is Media Day, where anyone with a good demo story can sit down and tell it on camera. Once a quarter, Brian shows up himself for "Meet the Inventor." Different Saturdays, same underlying idea: the store is a place people come back to, not just a place people buy from.

If you're in Fredericksburg on a first Saturday, come find us. You don't need a reason beyond curiosity.
